Below is our default cleaning checklist for post hoarding clean outs.
The main difference between General Cleaning versus Deep Cleaning is hand washing/scrubbing of those items IF needed.
Kitchen cleaning checklist…
- Clean grease from exhaust hood
- Wash high surfaces, on top and behind the appliances
- Hand Wash/Dust off the blinds
- Wipe down doors
- Wash the kitchen cabinets and shelves inside and out
- Deep Clean outside of oven, microwave and the dishwasher
- *Deep Clean Inside of oven, microwave and the dishwasher ($35)
- Clean coffeemaker, toaster
- Clean and disinfect the sink
- Vacuum/Sweep/Mop carpets and flooring
- Vacuum and mop the floor
- *Deep clean out refrigerator and freezer ($35)
- Wipe down outside of Fridge
- Clean Inside of Cabinets & Drawers
- Scrub Sink & Counters
- Clean Baseboards

Bathroom cleaning checklist…
- Wash out all drawers and shelves inside and out
- Wash shower curtain liner and shower door
- Clean the mirror
- Clean shower and tub
- Clean and disinfect toilet
- Clean and disinfect the sink
- Vacuum, sweep and mop the floor
- Clean light fixtures
- Clean Baseboards
- Clean Ceiling fans
- Dust walls and corners to remove cobwebs
