To help our team work efficiently and ensure nothing important is accidentally removed, we kindly ask that any items you wish to keep be clearly marked or placed in a designated safe area. While our crews work carefully, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not set aside or identified. Additionally we recommend someone be present too.
Client Oversight
For best results, we recommend that someone be present during the cleanout to review our team’s progress & accuracy room by room. This helps us maintain both quality and speed. Please note that we cannot guarantee service outcomes if no one is available to provide oversight.
Time Estimates & Payment
Our service estimates are based on typical averages for homes of your size. Actual conditions may require more or fewer hours. If work extends beyond the first day, payment for Day 1 labor (via CashApp or Zelle) is required before crews continue with Day 2.
Dumpster Alternatives
If a dumpster rental is not added or available in your area, please prepare an accessible space such as a garage or backyard for bagged trash, furniture, or other debris. This ensures our crews can work efficiently.
Home Conditions

If the property has biting insects such as fleas or spiders, please treat the home at least 48 hours before our arrival.

Running water and electricity (including heating/air) must be on for crews to work safely and effectively.
Cancellation & Vendor Policy

Same-day cancellations or attempts to work directly with our vendors (bypassing our company) may result in a referral fee ranging from $1,000 (Starter Package + Package A) up to $4,000 depending on the package level and add-on services.

All concerns or service issues must be reported to our office immediately on the day of service. Once crews have been paid, retroactive credits cannot be issued.
Additional Services
Deep Cleaning (Optional, Highly Recommended)
We often recommend scheduling a deep clean after decluttering. This is a separate service with its own crew and quote. To make the process smoother, please complete our Room Priority Checklist before your cleaning appointment.
Dumpster Rental / Trash Haul-Off (Optional)

Driveway or yard access is required for placement.

Dumpsters are delivered the day before cleanout and cannot be delivered or picked up on weekends.

Standard rental is 7 days; extensions are available upon request.

We provide a delivery date only (not a specific time).

“Empty and return” requests require an additional dumpster rental fee.

Please avoid overfilling beyond the dumpster walls, as this may result in additional weight fees, trip fees, or pickup delays.

Dumpster pricing is discounted as part of a cleanout package. If the cleanout is canceled after a dumpster is delivered, the dumpster will be billed at the standalone rate of $1,500 (30-yard) or $1,800 (40-yard).

Final charges (including landfill weight fees, if applicable) will be determined once the dumpster has been removed.
Important Scheduling Notice:
When you book with us, we immediately reserve your cleanup crew and begin scheduling your project. Our crews rely on these reserved dates for their weekly income, and they often turn down other jobs to hold your spot.
All bookings include a $500 non-refundable deposit (or 25% of total job cost) for crew reservation and scheduling.
If you cancel:

7+ days before start date: 75% refund (minus $500 deposit).

3–6 days before start date: 50% refund (minus $1,000 total retained).

Within 72 hours: Non-refundable.
We know emergencies happen, and if you need to reschedule instead of cancel, we can usually apply part of your payment as a credit toward a future cleanup, based on crew availability.

Insurance Coverage
Due to the unique and high-risk nature of hoarding cleanouts, we do not provide liability or medical coverage under our service. We encourage clients to confirm that their homeowner’s policy includes adequate liability and medical coverage.
In most cases, standard policies already provide this protection. If not, coverage can often be added for just a few dollars per month. This approach allows us to keep our pricing competitive nationwide while focusing our efforts on delivering efficient, affordable cleanout services.
