What you get:

- 5 man-hours or 2.5 hours if 2 cleaners ($99 per man hour)
- Our vehicles do not have logos, making it very Discreet
Optional Add-Ons…
- Supplies: which covers Contractor Trash Bags, bodysuits, 3M Face masks as needed ($145-$395)
- Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals – costs are about $1K and usually a 40 yard one on site up to 1 week ( you can also add-on additional Junk hauls with trailer if you don’t want to use a Dumpster)
- Post Deep Clean: starts at $49 per man-hour and usually done the day after we get all junk removed. You can read more about what is covered
- Disinfection & Odor Defense: hospital grade hydro perox misting & enymes of entire home ($797)
Once your trial package time is up, you will have the following options on clean day:
- OPTION 1 — Keep going either same day or next day (just add more man-hours & money)
- then your per hour rate drops to a discounted rate of $89 per man hour
- if you need additional junk removal landfill runs, they are only $297 each
- OPTION 2 — The crew will work with us at home office to get you a full estimate to finish the entire cleanout, which usually takes about 48 hours to work up and email to you (crew leaves for the day).

If you will be home ALL DAY during the cleanout AND are able to send us smaller multiple payments through out the day, you could also use this Billing option if you wanted:
