Tell us about your project

We will review your request and send billing details by email/text after we receive your booking.

Minimum labor: 8 hours with 1 crew member, or 4 hours with 2+ crew members.

Max crew size: 4 crew members.

Base rate: $57 per man-hour.

6-month payment plan rate: $87 per man-hour.

Standard bookings: 20% of labor + 100% of add-ons due within 24 hours. Remaining balance is due on clean day after we have been cleaning for 2 hours.

6-month payment plan: 50% due by clean day, with 10% of that first 50% due within 24 hours, plus add-ons due within 24 hours. The other 40% of that first 50% is due on clean day within 2 hours. Remaining 50% is spread across 6 monthly payments.

Booking-hold payment methods: ACH, Zelle, CashApp, Wire.

Monthly payments: ACH or Card, beginning 30 days after cleanup is completed.
