A cleanup specialist will follow up to confirm your selected inspection option, date, and time. If you requested an in-home inspection, we may also confirm the property address, access details, and any safety concerns before the visit.
If you selected a Video Zoom Virtual Inspection, we will send details for the video inspection after your request is reviewed. If you asked to include additional people, we will use the email addresses you provided when preparing the invite.
If you selected a Photo/Video Review by a Cleanup Specialist, we will review the photos, links, and notes you provided and follow up with next steps.
For biohazard or pet cleanup in-home inspections, the inspection fee is $49, and that amount is applied toward your cleaning if you choose to hire us. If this applies to your request, we will send the invoice by email.

To qualify, send us a written estimate, proposal, invoice, or official email from a legitimate professional cleanup company. The estimate must show the company name, contact information, date, price, and scope of work. If the job scope is comparable, we’ll beat their price by at least 10%.
