HOARDING CLEANOUT SERVICE TERMS

By checking the agreement box and submitting payment through Stripe, the customer agrees to the following:

Hourly Billing

Services are billed at $49 per man-hour. One man-hour means one worker working for one hour. A two-person crew working eight hours equals 16 man-hours, or approximately $784 per day.

The customer is purchasing crew time—not a guaranteed amount of completed work. Estimates of hours, days, or total cost are approximate because actual property conditions and the volume of contents may vary.

Initial Payment

The initial payment is:

  • One estimated workday paid in advance: $784
  • Supplies and trash bags: $147
  • Total initial card payment: $931

Dumpster rental, disposal charges, specialty equipment, and other approved add-ons are billed separately unless specifically included in writing.

Pay-As-You-Go Payments

After work begins, the customer will normally receive two Stripe payment requests per workday:

  • Approximately $392 at midday
  • Approximately $392 at the end of the workday

Actual amounts may vary based on crew size and man-hours worked.

Each payment keeps the account approximately one workday ahead. Work may be paused if a payment is not completed when requested.

Approval of Work

By checking the agreement box and paying each Stripe invoice, the customer confirms that:

  • They have had the opportunity to review the work performed;
  • They accept the labor charges through that billing point;
  • They are satisfied with the progress or have reported any concerns;
  • They authorize the crew to continue working; and
  • They understand that continued work creates additional hourly charges.

Any concern about the work or billing should be reported before submitting the next payment.

Completion and Additional Time

The crew will work according to the customer’s stated priorities and complete as much as reasonably possible during the paid time.

No specific room, task, or entire property is guaranteed to be completed within an estimated number of hours. Additional time will not be worked without the customer’s approval and payment.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for identifying and separating anything that must not be discarded, including money, jewelry, medications, documents, firearms, keepsakes, and other valuables.

The customer must disclose known hazards such as mold, pests, needles, bodily fluids, chemicals, weapons, or unsafe structural conditions. Hazardous or unexpected conditions may require additional charges or cause work to be paused.

Cancellations and Refunds

Charges for labor already performed, supplies purchased or used, disposal services, and other committed expenses are nonrefundable.

Any prepaid labor that is not performed will be credited or refunded after deducting applicable nonrefundable expenses or previously disclosed cancellation charges.

Acceptance

Checking the required agreement box and submitting payment through Stripe serves as the customer’s electronic acceptance of these terms and authorization for Extreme Hoarding Cleanouts to perform or continue the services being purchased.
