Biohazard Cleanup: Assessment, Supplies & Payments
Our assessment-first process helps us identify what your property needs and explain the costs before purchasing additional supplies.
1. Arrival & assessment 📍
Your crew will arrive and safely assess accessible areas to determine the types and quantities of supplies needed. Hazardous areas will not be entered without appropriate training and protection.
2. Review & approve ✅
We’ll confirm the cleanup priorities, recommended supplies, and estimated costs with you. Any additional supplies or labor beyond your existing authorization require your written approval.
3. Make your first payment 💳
After the initial assessment—and before the crew leaves to purchase supplies or begins cleanup—50% of that day’s estimated remaining balance is due by Zelle or Cash App, along with any separately approved supply amount due.
Payments already made toward your booking will be credited. Supplies included in your existing package will not be charged again.
4. Purchase supplies & begin cleanup 🧾
Once your payment is received, we’ll arrange funding for the crew to purchase approved supplies. The crew will upload receipts and document the amount spent before beginning authorized cleanup with the required equipment.
5. Pay the remaining daily balance 🕒
The remaining 50% of that day’s estimated balance is due at the time confirmed during your assessment, normally around midday. If assessment or purchasing takes longer than expected, we’ll confirm the payment timing with you before cleanup begins.
How booked time works
Assessment and approved supply-shopping or travel time count toward your booked man-hours, subject to your booking credit allocation. One hour worked by two crew members equals two man-hours. Waiting time is billable only when disclosed and approved in writing.
