Default Billing Mode

(You don't need to stay home if you need to leave for any reason, once the 2nd payment is sent )
  1. We collect cost of any add-ons like Dumpsters, Supplies or Junk hauling + $147 day of Booking to reserve a crew. 
  2. Once our crew has been working for 2 hours and you are happy, we send a payment request for the remaining balance to be paid
📊 Example

32 Man-Hour Job $2,848 (approx 2 days/crew of 2) + Dumpster ($697)

  • Day of Booking pre-pay the $147 + $697 = $844
  • Day of cleaning, once the crew has been cleaning for 2 hours and you are happy, we send you a 2nd payment request for the remaining balance of $2,701.

Pay-As-U-Go Billing Mode

(Must stay home during the cleanout to use this mode)
  1. With this mode, you simply add 8 man-hours of labor ($712) to your account pre-paid to lock down a crew on your job for your clean date selected. It’s due within 24 hours of when you booked online.  We will send a payment request to your CashApp or Zelle for you to approve it/pay it. 
    • If you have add-ons like Dumpsters or Supplies, those will be added to the pre-paid total as well
  2. Then once your man-hours labor account balance is used at least 50%, we will ask you if you would like them to continue?  And if so, you will be sent a 2nd payment request for an additional $712 ( 8 man hours ) which will need to be paid ASAP so we can make sure the crew stays working!   This process will repeat over and over until done cleaning your home.  
  3. Keep in mind that this $712 is only the MINIMUM you have to send, not the maximum.  If you feel comfortable with us and your crew is doing an amazing job and you don’t wanna hassle with having to keep sending $ every couple of hours, we can send a Payment request for the total amount due on the package you selected.

  4. If for any reason, you are not happy (doesn’t happen very often), you simply don’t pay for an additional blocks of time and the crew leaves once they have used up your account balance.

32 Man-Hour Job $2,848 (approx 2 days/crew of 2) + Dumpster ($697)

  • Day of Booking Pre-pay $712  (8 man hours) + $697 = $1409 due

  • Day of cleaning crew begins at 9 AM and have used 40% of the pre-paid funds by 12pm.  You are happy with their work and would like them continue so we would send you a payment request for an additional $712.  This cycle would repeat about every 3 hours or so until job is complete.  

  • Using the 32 man hour package, that would mean you would be sending 4 payments over 2 days approx.

(Due to this niche being considered somewhat high risk by most credit card merchants taking them weeks or even months to transfer funds plus the extra high % fees, we prefer to not use them and pass this savings unto you!! )
