Default Billing Mode
- We require only 1/3 of the base package up front + any costs of add-ons like dumpters, junk hauling, PPE and Supplies ready
- Once our crew has been working for 2 hours and you are happy, we send a payment request for the remaining 2/3 balance to be paid
- After this time, you can leave if you need to go to work or run other errands. We can also text you a video of everything we got done or have you come back and do a walk through inspection before we leave.

CashApp, Zelle, Cashiers Check, Bank Wire, Western Union, Wise.com, CoinBase.
Pay-As-U-Go Billing Mode
- With this mode, you simply pay in chucks of $700 at a time and when your balance gets to $300, you send another $700.
- The only exception to this is if you have add-ons like a Dumpster or Supplies, which we do collect up front.
- This mode does require you to be home the entire time we are cleaning.

(Due to this niche being considered somewhat high risk by most credit card merchants taking them weeks or even months to transfer funds plus the extra high % fees, we prefer to not use them and pass this savings unto you!! )
