Introducing our new "Pay-As-You-Go" Blocks!
(for Cashapp & Zelle accounts only)
- Each block of work is 8 man-hours, which equals $712. Your first block is due before we begin, and that gets your cleanup started.
Exception #1 to this is if you are on the Starter Package, your deposit and blocks are in 4 man-hour chunks at $356
- As we near the end of each block, we’ll kindly ask for the next block payment before the current one is finished, so that our crew can keep working without interruption.
- additional payment blocks must be paid at least 30 mins before the prior block is complete
- This way, you’re only ever one block ahead, you stay in control of the pace, and the total balance always reflects the actual work completed. Very low risk for you!
- If for any reason, you are not happy (doesn’t happen very often), you simply don’t pay for an additional blocks and the crew leaves once the prior block of time is completed.
- Keep in mind that these man-hour blocks payments are only MINIMUMS needed. You could always elect to pay more than the minimum if you were comfortable doing so and wanted to avoid the hassle of sending us $ every few hours.
Note: the deposit amount could be more than the $712 if you book add-ons like supplies or dumpsters. Either way, we send these invoices or payment requests to your Cashapp or Zelle and you would have to appove them in order to pay it.
Example
16 Man-Hour Job (2 blocks)
Deposit (Block 1) paid day of Booking: $712 (8 man hours)
Block 2 on cleaning day: $712 (8 man hours)
Total = $1,424
For example, lets assume a crew of 2 arrives at 9 am and begins cleaning and you are happy with their work. 2 Cleaners using 8 man hours, equals 4 actual hours, which puts them there until 1pm.
Then, if you are happy with their work and want them to continue, you would simply CashApp or Zelle the 2nd block of $712 to us at least 30 mins prior to 1 pm. You can elect to send it sooner as well if you want.
